fad.tastic - web trends revealed

I’ve been intrigued with web design trends ever since reading John Oxton’s post about web fashion several months ago.

So when Andrew, who runs the brand new Fad.Tastic posted a call for authors I was all over it. Happily, I received an email from Andrew inviting me to be an author, and have since published a short article on one of the latest web design fads, called Fading-Out Containers

Fad.Tastic is a cool site with lots of potential as a repository for what works, what doesn’t, as well as how-to and what not-to do from a design perspective as a web designer. Ironically, perhaps, the design of fad.tastic itself is a display of some of the hottest design trends around. Is that a good thing? I think so. Regardless, I think fad.tastic will go quietly go places.

I’ve got a few other fads to write about up my sleeve, so keep an eye on this fad.tastic space over the next little while, and be sure to toss in your 2cents.
